Ed Mansfield is the founder and president of Mansfield Consulting Inc.  Ed has more than thirty years of experience providing consulting services to public and private companies, professional associations, industry organizations, and government agencies.  Among the many industry sectors in which Ed has worked are health care, energy, natural resources, transportation, utilities, agriculture and agri-food, film and television tourism, and major events.

Ed has worked with clients from across Canada and the United States and has provided professional insight and advice to business and industry leaders. He has assisted with the development of public policy and has worked with senior leadership at all levels of government.

Before founding Mansfield Consulting Inc. Ed was a partner or principal with four major accounting and business consulting firms. Ed has PhD and MS degrees in Applied Mathematics from the University of Washington, and a BSc in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of BC.
